The staff of Southwest Research Institute who have had the privilege of acting as the organizers of the Aerospace Coatings Removal and Coatings Forum regret to announce that Southwest Research Institute will no longer act in this capacity.  There are no plans by Southwest Research Institute at this time for any future conferences within this context, but this site will be active for the next year if you wish to review any past presentations.

The Aerospace Coatings Removal and Coatings Forum provides an opportunity for discussions in the coatings removal and coatings on current upcoming technology.  This forum brings together personnel from military and commercial fleet operations and aircraft maintenance operations with researchers, technological developers, and original equipment manufacturers.  The forum will cover:

  • Success stories
  • Paint removal techniques
  • New technology updates
  • Environmental regulation impacts
  • Assessment of future technology requirements

Information will be presented on practices of military and commercial aircraft coatings removal and coatings, research in this area, and future requirements in the aerospace coatings removal and coatings areas.  Those from the international aerospace community are invited to participate.
